Reminder to all trainers racing this Sunday 21st June at Geelong that the Princess Hwy will be closed…
The Princes Freeway closes in both directions between Hoppers Crossing and Werribee this weekend, as Major Road Projects Victoria crews demolish the old Duncans Road bridge.
Closures and detours will be in place from 9pm Saturday 20 to 5am Monday 22 June.
During the closure, you’ll detour using the Princes Highway through Werribee, or taking Sneydes Road and Hacketts Road to reach Werribee South.
The new Duncans Road bridge will be closed during these works.
Delays are likely through Werribee, so please allow plenty of extra time for your travel between Melbourne and Geelong.
